Sample Case Study
This is a template. A real anonymized case study will replace it. The structure below shows the format every published study follows.
The situation
Two or three sentences on the business context — what the client was doing, the scale, the constraints they operated under.
The problem
One paragraph on what was broken, risky, or blocking. Symptoms first, then the cost of leaving it unaddressed.
The diagnosis
One paragraph on root cause. What the surface symptoms pointed to versus what was actually wrong underneath.
The action
One or two paragraphs on the engagement itself — specific technical decisions, what got built or changed, what got deferred, and why. Named technologies appear here as evidence, not as a checklist.
The outcome
A short bulleted list of measurable results. Numbers wherever possible, qualitative where not.
- Outcome 1 (with a number)
- Outcome 2 (with a number)
- Outcome 3 (qualitative)
